The whole experience from taking us through the features of the car, to the test drive, configuration and financing was smooth and stress free. Our salesman, Joe Martin, was an absolute professional.

One of the issues mini when in was to check the calibration of the fuel gauge. It seems to me to show more fuel in tank than total miles available. On the invoice this was not checked? Also, invoice is showing that mot is due, and service are due?

Happy with the service, and the gentleman I dealt with (5* for this) but my service handbook was not completed and the quote for a repair / replacement bumper has still not arrived for the second time.

All staff were very welcoming when I visited the centre. Amanda was fantastic throughout. When picking my new car up she was well organised to make it a smooth and fairly quick pick up.
